Personal Bio
Although I began working in the HTML 4 era, I took the bold step of understanding web development through its evolutionary soul. Rather than just jumping into the then-current technology, my creative journey began by tracing the roots of markup languages back to the page design of ancient monks. It is a common misconception that believing monks began markup languages is itself a misconception in the esoteric art of markup. I've studied the medieval scrolls and identified the spiritual DNA of modern markup languages in their underlinings and marginella. This is no myth!
Although I moved faster with the rich tapestry of page layout history unfurled before me, I insisted on progressing through the technology as the world did, one step at a time. HTML 1 through 3.2 were heady periods of study in my youth, but Imagine my rapture at the adoption of HTML 4 and its soulmate, CSS 3! Who could help but weep when leafing through CSS Zen Garden?!
Most recently, I have taken web development into a new direction. I've created what is certain to become the final web standard, MMML (Markop Möhr Markup Language). See my blog posts for more exciting details.!
